Sofia hosts Digital Assembly 2018. This is the biggest event of the Bulgarian Presidency’s calendar dedicated to digitization.
The Assembly will be opened by Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society Maria Gabriel and Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. The Digital Assembly is an annual forum at the highest level that brings together more than 1000 stakeholders and policymakers to discuss EU digital policy and the consequences of the latest technological developments.
On two consecutive days, they will discuss topics related to digital skills, cyber security, artificial intelligence and Europe’s digital future. From 15.15 today a press conference is also scheduled with the participation of the Prime Minister.
