“Yesterday the Secretary of Legal Affairs Professor Drumeva explained very precisely what the normative requirements for signing a decree. I think the subject is exhausted. We at the highest level should give an example of legality and compliance with all normative documents, if we want to have legality in the country”, he added. “After all the problems and failures in the Ministry of Interior, the Prime Minister considers whether this is the easiest choice for a minister, his decision is his responsibility,” said President Radev.

Prior to this statement, President Radev attended the official opening of the National School of Ancient Languages and Cultures “Constantine-Cyril Philosopher” at the Aula of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. “Today we have a particular need for wisdom, and it is encoded in generations before us. You have this noble mission – to look for this wisdom of previous generations and to give it to us in our hectic times”, the president said, expressing his respect for бulgarian teachers.
