“For the last 24 hours, health authorities have prepared information brochures for foreigners arriving in Bulgaria. Such materials have also been made for Bulgarians who will visit countries affected by the coronavirus.” This was stated by General Ventsislav Mutafchiyski, who heads the newly formed Crisis Headquarters at the Council of Ministers.
By the end of the week, thermal cameras would be installed at the country’s border points, similar to those installed at airports. Simulation tests have already been done in case a coronavirus will be detected, he explaned. Gen. Mutafchiyski also reminded that coronavirus tests are completely free of charge and warned the public that even with the slightest suspicion of being ill, people must visit a doctor.
